This privacy statement (“Statement”) applies to Aimee for Business LTD, which operates this website (the “Company,” “we,” or “us” and the “Website”). The security and privacy of your Personal Data (as defined below) are important to us. Whether you are using one of our services as a customer, potential customer, end-user, job applicant, or just visiting our Website, we want you to trust us to manage and protect the Personal Data you provide us. We have prepared this Statement to explain who we are and how we collect, use and store your data.
This Website is a general audience site that is neither designed nor intended to collect Personal Data from children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data of persons below the age of 18. If you become aware that someone under the age of 18 has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
By using our Website, you understand and acknowledge that we might collect and use some of your Personal Data as described in this Statement. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Terms of Use.

Questions, comments, requests, and complaints regarding this Statement and the Personal Data we hold are welcome and should be addressed by using the contact details above. All requests will be dealt with promptly and efficiently.
3. A note on legal bases
Certain jurisdictions only allow the processing of Personal Data where a legal basis has been established. Under the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the possible legal bases include (but are not limited to): your consent, the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, the processing is necessary to fulfill our legal obligations, or we have a legitimate business interest to process your Personal Data. Below you can find more details about specific legal bases.
If you are located in Israel, note that any Personal Data that we process is based on your consent as required under applicable law.
4. Personal Data we may collect from you
“Personal Data” means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified and as defined under applicable law. We collect Personal Data from you voluntarily when you provide such Personal Data to us or via our services and Website with which you voluntarily interact. We may also obtain such Personal Data about you as may be provided to or collected by us in the course of our legitimate business activities. You are under no legal obligation to provide us with your Personal Data, but in some cases, if you do not, it may mean that you won’t be able to use (some or all of) our services. For example, we may be unable to complete a requested “contact form” inquiry unless you provide us with your contact details. We collect and process the following Personal Data, based on the type of use you choose to conduct:
Contact Data – includes your name, email address and telephone number. These are the only fields our contact form asks for; it has no message box.
How we use this data: To reply to you and to speak with you about Aimee. Separately, and only if you tick the box asking for it, to send you occasional updates about Aimee. That box is never ticked for you, and you can withdraw it at any time by replying to any message or emailing us at Privacy@moveo.group.
Legal basis: Your consent, given when you send us the form. Where you also ask for updates about Aimee, that is a separate consent, given by ticking the box.
Technical Data and Usage Data – includes information about how you use our Website, systems, and services, including internet protocol (IP) address, the device you are using, browser type and version, screen resolution, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access this Website.
How we use this data: We mainly use this data to provide you with the Website and generate aggregated analytics data about the use of our Website so we can maintain and improve the site and develop new products or services. We also use statistical data to prevent fraud and protect the security of our site, and to measure and improve our advertising. The tools we use to collect and analyse this data are Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports visits only in aggregate, Google Analytics, which sets cookies once you allow it and which transfers data to Google, and the Meta Pixel, which similarly sets cookies once you allow advertising cookies and transfers data to Meta. We load all three, and the other tools named in this statement, through Google Tag Manager; for more information about how Google collects information and how you can control such use, see google.com/policies/privacy/partners.
Legal basis: When we process this Personal Data to provide you with the Website, we do so on the basis of performance of a contract with you. When we process this Personal Data to develop and improve our products and services, and to prevent fraud, we do so based on our legitimate interest to develop and maintain our business.
Job Application Data – includes name, email, phone, desired position, a resume file, and any additional information you would include in your application. In connection with such process we may also process data through your social media accounts, just if you have decided to voluntarily provide us with your data as part of being recruited by us.
How we use this data: We use this data to process your job application, including using your contact details to contact you for scheduling purposes and to provide you with updates. We also use this data to manage our recruitment campaigns, as well as to analyze their results and improve future campaigns.
Legal basis: When we use this data to process your job application, we do so based on performance of a contract with you or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract. When we use this data to manage our current campaigns and improve future campaigns, we do so based on our legitimate interest in assessing and improving our recruitment efforts. If you choose to share in your job application any special categories of Personal Data as defined in the GDPR, we will process it based on your explicit consent.
Moveo Club – includes name and email address.
How we use this data: To provide you with informational newsletters about our activities, products and services, career opportunities and provide you with promotional materials we think may be of interest to you.
Legal basis: Processing your Personal Data to share our newsletters and promotional materials is based on your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at Privacy@moveo.group.
Social Media Visitors’ Interactions – includes your interactions with our social media outlets, such as posts on our LinkedIn or Instagram pages, likes, shares, comments to our posts, answer surveys, or similar activities. The social media companies we use may also provide us with aggregate and analytical information about activity relating to us.
How we use this data: We may use this information to engage with you or respond to your posts and comments and to analyze the effectiveness of our social media efforts and to improve how we manage them, and for marketing purposes.
Legal basis: When we process your personal data to engage with you or respond to your posts and comments, we do so on the basis of our legitimate interest to engage with and serve our audiences in an effective manner. When we process your personal data to improve our social media outlets or for marketing purposes, we do so based on our legitimate interest to effectively market our products and services, improve our services, and develop new ones.
5. How your Personal Data is collected
We use different methods to collect data from and about you, including through:
Direct interactions – you may give us your Identity, Contact and other Personal Data by filling in forms (e.g. “Contact Us” or “Newsletter Subscription,” “Registration Form” etc.) or by corresponding with us by phone, email, or otherwise.
Automated technologies or interactions – as you interact with our Website, we may automatically collect Personal Data (please refer to the description below, under “Cookies usage”).

Essential cookies – necessary for the Website to work properly.
Functional cookies – designated to save your settings on the site, such as your language preference or other view preferences.
Targeting cookies – used to collect information from you to improve our products and services and serve you with targeted advertisements that we believe will be relevant to you.
Social network cookies – social plug-in cookies enabling sharing information with your social network accounts to be smooth and seamless.
Analytics cookies – give us aggregated information that enables us to improve how our website works, such as which pages are visited and which parts of a page are of most interest.
What this Website uses today. Five measurement and consent tools run on this Website. Google Tag Manager loads the others. CookieYes presents the cookie banner and records your choice; its consent cookie is the only one set before you make that choice. Vercel Web Analytics counts visits; it is cookieless and first-party, so it stores nothing on your device, does not follow you to other websites, and therefore runs for every visit. Google Analytics, which also measures use, does set cookies, so it only runs once you allow analytics cookies. Those cookies are named _ga and _ga_, followed by a code identifying this Website. They hold a randomly generated identifier, used to recognise a returning browser and to group page views into a single visit; they do not contain your name, email address or phone number. The Meta Pixel measures Website visits and contact-form submissions for our Meta advertising; it only runs once you allow advertising cookies, and its cookies (_fbp, and _fbcif you arrived from a Meta ad) similarly hold no more than an identifier tied to your browser, never your name, email address or phone number. We also record a small number of anonymous interaction events — for example that the contact form was opened, submitted, or successfully sent. These never include anything you typed into it.
Additionally, cookies may be placed in marketing emails we send in order to track your interaction with such emails.
Third-party services used by us – where we embed a third-party service in the Website, such as a recruitment tool or a video player, that service may set its own cookies. Please note that the data collected using cookies may be linked to and combined with any other data, including Personal Data. Where cookies are set by a third party, your Personal Data might be transferred to that third party, which might use it separately and independently, meaning that the data is also “owned” and processed by them under their terms and conditions. In addition, and under those terms and conditions and the direct accounts or subscriptions you have with those third parties, your Personal Data might be linked to other data collected by the relevant third party and processed in its systems, for its purposes, and under its management. That would be the case, for example, if we ever embedded a social network’s plug-in and you were signed in to that network while visiting. This Website does not embed any social network’s plug-in or sign-in widget, and sets no social network cookies. It does set one category of advertising cookie — from the Meta Pixel described in the Advertising row of the table above — behind the same cookie banner as every other non-essential cookie on this Website.

Aside from the essential cookies described above, you can always choose to configure your browser to reject all cookies or notify you when a cookie is set, or use the installed cookie bar to modify your cookie preferences. However, sometimes, in that case, specific services, features, and functionality in our Website may not be available to you.

We may disclose your Personal Data to third parties in a variety of circumstances in the ordinary course of operating our business, such as:
Affiliates – we share your personal data with our affiliated companies: Moveo Creative Ltd., Moveo Software Ltd., Moveo HLS Ltd., Moveo Source Ltd., Boost Moveo Ltd., Hi-Tech Medical Doc Ltd., Payro Financial Technologies Ltd., where this is necessary to provide you with our products and services and so that we can manage our business, such as to keep updated records of our users.
Service providers – below is a list of the types of service providers we use, the service each provides, and the types of data shared with each. All service providers have agreed to confidentiality restrictions and have undertaken to use your personal data solely as we direct.

Change of ownership – if we are looking to sell our company, liquidate assets, or merge with another, we may share your personal data with other interested parties as part of negotiations toward that transaction. In such case, or where we do sell our company, your personal data shall continue to be subject to the provisions of this Statement.
Law enforcement related disclosure – we may share your personal data with government agencies or other relevant parties, such as a law office or independent auditor: (i) if we believe that such disclosure is appropriate to protect our rights, property or safety (including the enforcement of the Terms of Use and this Statement) or those of a third party; (ii) if required by law or court order; or (iii) as is necessary to comply with any legal and/or regulatory obligations, such as audit requirements.
8. Data processing location
Any transfer of data that originates in the European Union (“EU”) or the United Kingdom to a country outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) shall be made in compliance with the provisions of chapter 5 of the GDPR. Such transfer can be made to countries recognized as providing an adequate level of legal protection, or under alternative arrangements to protect your privacy rights, e.g., signing the Standard Contractual Clauses published by the EU commission. It is essential to note that the Company is headquartered in Israel, which the European Commission considers as offering an adequate level of Personal Data protection regulation.
9. How we secure your Personal Data
We are committed to protecting the security of your Personal Data. We use organizational, technical, and physical safeguards to help protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. All Personal Data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. We also maintain ISO 27001 certification and periodically review and update our security measures to align with applicable laws and industry standards. While no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, we take appropriate steps to ensure that suitable protections are in place and continually work to enhance our security practices.
10. Storage of Personal Data
We will only store your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including to satisfy any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, we may anonymize your Personal Data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may save and use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
11. Your rights
Depending on which laws apply, you have certain legal rights over your data. Below is some general information about rights that may apply to you, but we recommend checking the law or consulting with a lawyer to understand what applies in your specific case. To exercise your rights, please contact us at Privacy@moveo.group. If you want to exercise your rights regarding your personal data held by other controllers you can contact the applicable controller directly. We may ask for reasonable evidence to verify your identity before we can comply with any request.
If you are subject to Israeli law, you may request to access any personal data you have provided to us and request that such personal data be corrected, updated, or deleted, including in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981. You may exercise such rights by emailing us at Privacy@moveo.group. You may have the right to delete your personal data subject to and in accordance with Article 3 of the Israeli Privacy Protection Regulations (Provisions Regarding Information Transferred to Israel from the European Economic Area), 2023.
You may have some or all of the following rights, subject to the laws that apply to you.
Right of access. You may have a right to know what personal data we collect about you. We may charge you a fee to provide you with this information, if permitted by law. If we are unable to provide you with all the information you request, we will do our best to explain why. See Article 15 of the GDPR for more details, if your personal data is subject to GDPR.
Right to correct Personal Data. You may request that we update, complete, correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated Personal Data. See Article 16 of the GDPR for more details, if your personal data is subject to GDPR.
Deletion of Personal Data (“right to be forgotten”). You may have the right to request that we delete your personal data. Note that we cannot restore information once it has been deleted. Even after you ask us to delete your personal data, we may be allowed to keep certain data for specific purposes under applicable law. See Article 17 of the GDPR for more details, if your personal data is subject to GDPR.
Right to restrict processing. You may have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data. See Article 18 of the GDPR for more details, if your personal data is subject to GDPR.

Withdrawal of consent. If you are located in the EU, and we process your data based on your consent, you are always free to withdraw your consent; however, this won’t affect processing we have done from before you withdrew your consent.
Right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. If you are located in the EU, you have the right to submit a complaint to the relevant data protection authority if you have any concerns about how we are processing your personal data, though we ask that as a courtesy you please attempt to resolve any issues with us first.
We may not always be able to do what you have asked. Also, not all of those rights apply in every jurisdiction. For example, if it would impact on the duty of confidentiality we owe to others, or if we are otherwise legally entitled to deal with the request differently. So not always will we be able or obliged to provide you with those rights. However, we encourage you to contact us with any such request, and we will be happy to assist you.
